I am deeply passionate about coaching and mentoring people with a focus on building self-awareness in order to cultivate their native genius and drive them to reach their full potential. I love Nike and strive to embody the qualities that the Swoosh represents to me - inspiration, tenacity, grit, courage, and the endless pursuit of better. In my personal life, my family and my faith are the key pillars of my life. I have been happily married to my wife, Leslie, for more than twenty years and we have three adult children.
