With over a decade of experience, including a pivotal role at Plymouth Tube Co, I've mastered operational excellence and quality service. My journey from a meat cutter to a process manager showcases significant growth, proficiency in system configuration, and a talent for workflow analysis. My achievements include multiple certifications and leading operational improvements, demonstrating both hard and soft skills.
Currently i am certified in four different jobs and in a rotation every week. I am a level one Ultrasonic Technician (level 2 Pending test results). When I was hired on at country grown it was as a general manager, as i had 10 yrs under my belt in the custom butchering field. My job responsibilities included scheduling number of animals to be slaughtered based on the number that could be processed given the customers requests. Also the schedule of the day to day processes we would be preforming. I was also responsible for preforming the routine maintenance and repair of the equipment.
When I started in Royal Center I was a basic meat cutter of general knowledge. With the guidance of Mr. Lawyer I flourished and a few short years was his right hand and second in command. I feel this illustrates my ability to learn and grow. My last few years in Royal center I was responsible to preform my list of accomplishments. Weather that be maintenance, processing, or end of day cleanup along with coordination of the bodies necessary to preform the tasks.
