I am responsible for the supervision, adaptation, and continual improvement of all HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) programs, policies, and procedures. I serve as a consultant resource across all terminal functions to create a safe workplace, with safe people and processes. The BP is a trusted partner and internal consultant, serving as the terminal point of contact for HSSE efforts, and has a seat at the leadership table working on medium to longer-term objectives.

• Responsible for designing practical approaches that support staff to integrate safe behaviors into everyday activity and ensure the principles of HSSE are reflected in business decisions at all levels.
• Through coaching and cross-functional advice, guide managers and their teams in the adoption and implementation of site HSSE management requirements.

• Directs all environmental health and safety compliance programs, policies, and training for 150+ employees.
• Manages FMCSA and DOT compliance for over 27 owner operator drivers transporting goods from the Port of LA & Port of Long Beach.
