I have worked over 20 years in the safety preclinical testing field with both rodents and dogs. I have worked in both Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and non-GLP environments. I have contributed to writing both written and computer data protocols. I have also have performed quality control of data throughout my scientific career.
Designed and performed preclinical safety studies. Helped Study Directors design protocols in Predict, performed in vivo study duties such as dosing (oral gavage, intravenous, intramuscular and subcutaneous), toxicokinetic bleeds, clinical observations, and terminal bleeds on rats, mice and dogs. I also designed the computer program (Pristima) to help collect this data endpoints. I also did quality control on data.
Dosing Rodents: Oral gavage, Subcutaneous, Intravenous and Intramuscular Injection
Dosing Dogs: Oral gavage, Pilling, Subcutaneous, Intravenous and Intramuscular Injection
Bleed Rodents: Retro Orbital, Tail Vein, Submandibular (Mice only), Jugular (Rats only), Inferior Vena Cava, Abdominal Aorta (Rats only)
