  • Implemented an emergency disaster relief program on short notice with an outside contractor.
  • Implemented an in-house disaster program following expiration of contract with outside contractor.
  • Oversee all federal, state, and local funding and program regulations.
  • Department winner of multiple awards and is nationally recognized for its efforts to reduce homelessness.

  • Led and completed the rewrite of Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) to begin a new three (3) year cycle.
  • Successfully started a new Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) on short notice, recruited members, and coordinated all meetings and a public hearing.
  • Oversee and administer a $55-million-dollar in-house loan portfolio.
  • Assembled the CARES team from the ground up and administered a rent, mortgage, and repair assistance program, which included serving nearly 500 households, and expending $2.5 million in a four (4) month timeframe.

  • Participated as a member of small team that implemented a brand new Onboarding process for all new County employees.
