  • Responsible to Reimbursable Supervisor for front line leadership of all Reimbursable Personnel. This includes overseeing of all daily task and agendas sent forth by Finance Management Department Comptroller and Financial Management Supervisors.
  • Overseeing preparation, deciphering, formatting, and dissemination of all daily reports. Ensure that all steps adhered to and that all parameters are properly selected in implemented when generating reports from CFMS-F, SMARTS, and DCAS.
  • Oversees daily review and processing of all Common Interface (CIF) Spending Errors, Aged Outstanding Commitments, Abnormal Account Payables, Negative Un-liquidated Obligations (NULO), Unmatched Disbursements (UMD), and Un-liquidated Obligation (ULO).
  • Oversees processing of all Quarterly assigned DAR-Q records. Utilizing ADVANA, tracks progress of all personnel assigned as testers. Ensuring that all records are properly researched and certified within assigned timeframes.
  • Responsible for researching and submission of all Reimbursable Authority needed for our end-user customers. Task that typically involves verifying and annotating Fiscal Telecommunications needs of over 120 units.
  • Utilizing proprietary CAIRS and PRF software, responsible for timely tracking, verification, research, and financial approval of all Base Communication Office submitted Telecommunications related Work Orders. This include verification of established funds, established Lines of Accounting (LOA), established Job Order Numbers (JON), and all other applicable Key Supporting Documents (KSDs).
  • Oversees requesting, accepting, and processing over $450k in Fiscal Reimbursable Funding for over 120 units.

  • Utilizing CFMS OPFORCE data, provide Difference Listing debit and credit analysis. Allowing units to asserting ways to measure, improve, and maintain their unit's financial and budgetary readiness.
  • Analyze Naval Surface unit's requisitions and fund allocations to assist with efficient allocation of COMNAVSURFPAC resources.
  • Using Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness guidelines, audited 2500 Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR-Q) requisitions. Ensure all SURFPAC and FIAR mandated compliances are streamlined and judiciously adhered to.
  • Utilizing UNANET online pay processing database, serve as timecard reviewer and certifier for 10 U.S. Navy Civilian Contractors.
