In 2019, I tore my Ulnar Collateral Ligament in my throwing elbow, effectively ending my high school baseball career. I attended physical therapy sessions for two months following, and received a phenomenal experience. This experienced propelled me into choosing a kinesiology degree and pursuing it passionately.
