My duties included identifying plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives. Managing projects from procurement to commission. Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects. Communicated daily with vendors to keep project fully operational. Building and specialty permits from local jurisdictional agencies. During my time at Promontory I was in charge of 10 homes. With significant turn over at Promontory I was expected to take over any given home at any given stage and take to completion. I was able to assume five homes from two other Project Managers while maintaining my existing five homes successfully and receiving multiple client appreciations in the process.

Project was a owner builder project that was 34 units in a 5 story building ground up. I worked directly with owner and vp of construction as the sole project superintendent/manager on this job. My duties on this job included the following: Assessed project risks and devised mitigation actions encompassing close attention to contracts and service level agreements by subcontractors and vendors, external dependencies and potential roadblocks. Defined project plans and timelines, managed workflow and personnel and achieved completion deadlines on or before schedule. Maximized cost-effectiveness of projects through value engineering processes to assess methods, materials and means. Coordinated complex contract administration, including defining project milestones and developing budget. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to draft project schedules and plans. ArchstoneVanoni Ranch ($150 million Multi Unit Residential): Project consisting of a 27 buildingcomplex, consisting of 376 units, with two pools and a leasing center. Oversaw coordination, scheduling, budget and completion of the project through superintendents and sub contractors. Management of each building from drywall to certification of occupancy. Simultaneously, turned over finished units for leasing and completed any punchlist items prior to move in deadline.
Avalon Oak Creek ($150 million Multi Unit Residential): Project consisting of 24 buildings with subterranean parking, 384 units and leasing center with pool. Assisted project manager in scheduling and inspections for redirection of Canwood Street. Oversaw coordination, scheduling, and completion of interior finishes of all buildings to certification of occupancy through subcontractors. Management of the installation and inspection of parking lot manlift elevators.
