• Receive incoming shipments of raw materials and packaging components. Inspect for accuracy, defects or damages.
• Compare deliveries against purchase orders and enter into sap system. Print and label all materials then move to storage locations
• Deliver UPS and Fed EX packages to other departments including R&D, QA labs, Finance and maintenance
• Work with QA department for the timely sampling of raw materials
• Accurately pick and stage raw materials and packaging components for manufacturing dept.
• Print bills of lading, assemble shipments of finished goods and load outbound trucks
• Read understand and follow all CGMP practices as well as company SOPS
• Participate in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventories
• operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers and balers in a accordance with all safety procedures

• Unload inbound trucks using forklifts.
• Use fork lifts, hand truck and pallet jacks to move materials on dock.
• Kept storage areas organized, clean and secure to fully protect company assets.
• Used hand-held scanners and physical logs to accurately track item movements.
• participate in safety meetings and demonstrate ability to operate all powered equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Receive and unload railcars containing liquid product into storage silos using pumps and pipeline system. Load and weigh outbound tanker trucks for delivery.

• Take samples of all inbound railcars and outbound trucks. Log all results into computer system and notify management of any quality issues
• Follow all CGMP practices
• Follow all company SOPS
• Participate in FDA inspections
• Practice good housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate locomotive and forklifts in a safe manner
• Participate in annual rail safety training
