Leading a team of over 100 associates with merchandising, shrink control, inventory management, customer service, associate development, paying close attention to P&L devising strategies to minimize loss and gain profit. In my role during my tenure i have achieved multiple awards and have always been a leader in the district with a average employee survey engagement score above 80%. As the operations A.S.M in 2020-2021 my percent profit to plan was above 30%. With multiple roles as a Merch A.S.M I oversaw large resets and always are ahead of seasonal sets.

As the operations manager with messina floor covering i was in charge of all scheduling with over 75 installers and very large projects including the cleveland clinic, akron general medical center, progressive insurance main head courters and so on. On a daily basis i hade to work with union business agents to find the right talent to achieve an optimal work force to compleat projects on time, this included job site visits and inspections evaluations and accountability.
