Senior Leadership

  • Developed a vision and executed plan to grow a $19MM siloed industrial process installation/design company to a $30MM+ business by developing and growing collaborative cross-functional teams.
  • Provided monthly and quarterly financial and operations updates to Board of Directors while also presenting vision and execution of company goals, providing 360 degree visibility for the entire team
  • Identified an industry wide maintenance need. Developed implementation and growth plans to address the needs and developed a team of maintenance professionals to service the customer with an estimated value of $10MM+ in organic revenue.
  • Responsible for the hiring, growth, development, and retention of engineering/maintenance and operations staff; up to 110 direct and 510 indirect team members.
  • Led plant in the construction, start-up, and full production rates of a new $250MM (2017) plant expansion in record time utilizing the Vertical Start-up process.
  • Established a close, cohesive relationship with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams to ensure commitment to a unified vision across the plant as we continuously optimize our process and serve our team.
  • Built cross-functional training curriculum through development of the Lamb Weston University – Richland concept to internally train and coach plant team members on Lamb Weston specific processes.
  • Collaborated with external entities such as Local Government, Local Ports, Insurance Companies, Clean Air Authority, Dept. of Ecology, and others on a broad spectrum of needs.
