The Oral Learners Initiatives focused on youth ministry development, writing courses for the Oral Learners Bible Institute, recording video lessons, and networking team development. Responsibilities also included being the Missionary Associate Coordinator for Pen Florida District Missions Team.

Developed a new area for Youth Alive in Pen Florida for networking, development, and job placement of youth workers. In three years helped place over 50 youth pastors. Mentored and served over 90 youth workers. Developed and led youth ministry in Okeechobee and Cocoa. Helped and led teams for district youth missions in Miami. Served as evaluator for Fine Arts. Created training videos for pastors and youth pastors.

Developed and networked with 44 national movements throughout the continent of Europe. Coordinated national and regional youth training events. Partnered with General Superintendents and National Youth Directors of each Pentecostal European Movement with different cultures and languages. Teamed up with Empowered21 and their global youth network representing all Europe.

Served in Vienna with Austria's National Youth Movement called Shake Youth and their 61 churches throughout the country. This included conferences, training events, and worship nights for both the country but also throughout 3 regions. Evangelism events happened which included street evangelism, Winter Outreach, summer camps, as well as school assembly programs. Served as local youth pastor at the FreiChristenGemeinde at Halbgasse. Became a board member of the National Youth called PEFY.

Vienna Christian Center had five fellowships that we served with youth ministry, kids ministry, worship team ministry, cell group development, leadership training, and Master's Commission. Started bible clubs in 4 schools. Had a human video team. Developed a music school teaching piano, guitar, and drums. Conducted Youth Encounter Weekends. Taught School of Leader classes for levels 1-3.

• Developed strong connections within the local community by partnering with schools, organizations, and other churches on various initiatives.

Worship Leader, youth leader, and associate pastor. Had drama team for fine arts. Began two youth bands as wells as led worship for main church worship. Served the pastors need for many different area's including weddings, funerals, hospital visitation, Royal Rangers, lawn care, shoveling snowy walkways, street evangelism, school outreaches, and outside concert evangelism events.
