
I am a positive ambitious, hard-working up and coming culinary arts professional with a strong desire to work in different areas of the culinary field. With 11 years of experience in the food service industry, I am currently attempting to branch out in my culinary career in order to gain more experience and expertise, and to one day become an essential and contributing factor to the success of a culinary/hospitality organization, or independently through my own means of promotion of my skills. My goal is to reach the highest potential in culinary expertise, and have career stabliity and success.
