• Responsibilities: Managed the money, ran inventory checks, and trained team members. Delivered great customer service, interacted, ensured customers were pleased with their experience. If they weren't, took steps to turn that around for them. Managed my team, set schedule and coverage, approved days off, and open or closed the store as a key holder.

• Responsibilities: Delivered great customer service, being the first face customers saw. Set a positive example, answered all questions, and took orders. Made change and took payments, added all substitutions, and processed orders for the kitchen to see. As a key holder, closed my store, we cleaned, set for the next day's service, and restocked consumables. Managed my cash drawer and turned it in at the close of the shift.

• Responsibilities: Quick Seasonal Employment. Helped customers with product and locating sought after products in store. Helped with basic questions to the best of my knowledge, and in some specific cases, if we had more stock, and calling around to locate product for my customers at other Spirit Halloween pop-up stores. Re-stocked and took inventory as needed to ensure product levels and popular items didn't run out until supplies were gone.
