Under my leadership, the Credit Department continues to provide high quality support to the business it serves. We have been able to deliver excellent results by employing highly trained and skilled team members, implementing superior strategies, having no employee turnover, and building and maintaining healthy long term internal and external customer relationships.

Overall, we have been able to maintain our DSO in the 30's for NER & GLW, leading the other US Regions and in the 40"s for GLE (a slightly more challenging market), all while keeping delinquency and bad debt extremely low. We lead the US ACM in timely NOAD resolution, lowest unapplied cash, best in class COD program and the only region in US ACM to have a fully functional and effective lien and bond rights tracking program and delinquent account hold process.

In addition to my regular duties, as a Senior Credit Manger, I help lead the US ACM Credit Management team, coordinate the US ACM Bad Debt Analysis with the CFO and other Regional Controllers and Credit Managers and also lead or take part in various projects and initiatives throughout out the year.
