Work History

Community Relations Director

Elville and Associates, P.C.
11.2013 - Current

- Develop, manage, and cultivate new client relationship opportunities for the firm from the time the prospect clicks on their first link to learn about the firm through the time they become a client. I also constantly work to develop new advisor relationships for the firm – financial advisors, CPAs, wealth management advisors, Aging LIfeCare Managers, and others – that would be solid referral partners and believe in the “Planning Team Concept.” This Planning Team Concept is integral to success for clients, as most all clients should have these planning team partners available to them.

- Manage all social media for the firm – including Facebook, Linkedin, Nextdoor, YouTube, the firm’s website and its continued development, its Google Business Profile and all related campaigns related to Google AdWords, along with continual drip marketing through Constant Contact and other methods of communication.

- Moderate and manage from inception to conclusion hundreds of webinars and in-person presentations over the years with presenters from the firm and guest presenters from dozens of different professional fields with the goals of education and generating new business opportunities for the firm.

- Direct the firm’s accredited Client Care Program – which is the highest and most ideal form of partnership with the firm to ensure planning works as intended through life. I maintain consistent, meaningful communication with Program members – who are typically the firm’s most vested clients – to ensure they are taking full advantage of the Program’s benefits and are engaged with the Program. For years I have set up the Program’s quarterly educational events along with its yearly social event and have been the face of the Program to its members.

- Lead the firm’s annual Client and Community Education Event Committee. Over the past eight years this highly anticipated annual event has grown from an attendance of 70 to 300 in 2023. I cultivate both local and nationally recognized speakers, manage vendor relationships, develop invitations and social media interest, manage attendees, MC the entire event from start to finish, and am the end point person for all matters related to the event. Though, this is a true team effort that cannot be accomplished without a remarkable committee within the firm that together over eight-plus months works to bring it all together.

- Develop, write for and edit a semi-annual newsletter for the firm – The Elville Benefactor.

- Provide input on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the future of law firms as a member of Elville and Associates’ AI Committee.

Executive Director

- Meet with potential business partners and establish relationships with those that will further the organization's mission of bringing music to those children who may not have the opportunity to have it in their lives without some assistance.

- Engage with donors and potential donors to share the Elville Center's continuing story of how we work to "Make a Musical Difference in the Lives of Children" through outreach efforts.

- Collect donated musical instruments, which we then have refurbished through The Band Shoppe, and then distribute them to area schools and other organizations such as the Baltimore Classical Guitar Society and The Annapolis Symphony Academy - the educational arm of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra.
- As a small organization and with my full-time responsibilities and commitment to Elville and Associates, my efforts with donor engagement are critical to further our important work in the communities we serve.
