  • Tasked with daily management of production team and sales representatives for $3 million plus commercial and digital printing operation.
  • Worked with all Systel Business Equipment branches to provide a "demo center" showcasing our state of the art digital print equipment used by Printing Services but sold by our Business Equipment division.
  • Direct interaction with estimating department to ensure proper scheduling and profitability margins.
  • Secured and helped provide outsourced vendors for external needs for production.
  • Secured and worked with all paper and service providers for any purchases of materials and/or services used in print operation.
  • Responsible for processing and coding invoices for approval on all purchases to be paid by corporate office.
  • Assisted Production Manager with day to day operations and maintain daily work schedule for achieving profitable margins as well as meeting customer quality/delivery expectations.
  • Worked with sales team to secure new business opportunities as well as help with current customer needs and any unassigned house accounts.

  • Supervised Greensboro branch operations for both Systel Printing Services as well as Systel Business Equipment.
  • Worked daily directly with Regional Service and Sales management teams which provided service and support to over 1500 local customers in the triad area. Annual revenues exceeded $8 million for copier/service/software offerings.
  • Worked with Regional Sales manager to help with sales management of 5-10 sales reps during this time.
  • Provided direction and leadership to all employees to maximize productivity and bottom-line profitability.
  • During this time also handled daily operations for our Systel Print Services division Production Manager and served as sales manager for our two representative within that division currently during this time $1.75-$2 million sales.
  • Tasked we budget preparation for both branches and reported directly to ownership and management team.

  • Tasked with daily prospecting both internal and external cold calling. Responsible for new business development for digital printing opportunities which included variable data and short run color for this "NEW" emerging technology.
  • Built and strengthened long-lasting client relationships based on accurate price quotes which I also provided as well as daily/routine account management.
  • Also facilitated and worked directly with all production facets including prepress, digital output, finishing and logistics.
  • Educated clients on new products or services to increase customer engagement with brand. The technology we used was cutting edge and relatively new to the consumer marketplace.
  • Facilitated client satisfaction and renewed customer relations to drive growth in accounts.
  • Some of our clients were Krispy Kreme, Syngenta, Tribuzio Hillard Studios, Albion Studios and Brown Investment Corp.

  • During my time at Photographics our company was recognized "many times" by the SC "Addy Awards" for providing excellent quality, photography, design and printing to various consumers and customers.
  • Was recognized as a "Let's be a Billion" participant by Standard Register for displaying excellent leadership and company goals growth standards.
  • Also during my time at Standard Register participated in the prestigious "Kettering Club" at headquarters in Dayton, Ohio where employees joined upper management to discuss leadership and goal setting for future management opportunities within the company.
  • During my tenor at Live Wire Graphics we were recognized as one of the "first" all digital workflows in the printing industry.
  • Participated and spoke at NC A&T School of Graphic Communications. During this time also was on the advisory board for the school.
  • Married 40 years to my wife Sharon. Have two children Matt Dalto (Gina) with grandchildren, Kallie, Lucas and??? in Jan. 2024. Heather Bowman (Zach) with grandchildren Mason and Garrett. They are the loves of my life!!!
  • Enjoy sports including football, basketball and baseball which I pursued in college briefly.
