Plan and realize prototype activities in agreement with test engineer within agreed timing schedule through the following duties personally or through teamwork
Realize cost effective qualitative prototype manufacture conforming to customer and Brose standards, according to timing schedule
Duties include: Build window regulators and door modules per drawings and specifications
Communicating with various departments on status of projects
Perform various testing on equipment including durability, performance, and strength
Use of computer to document test results
Troubleshoot problems at customer locations
Travel to various manufacturing sites including Germany and Mexico to validate production equipment used to build regulators
Record keeping of all parts being built, shipped, and tested
Fabricate tools if needed
Inspection of parts at vendor locations
Pack, ship, and/or deliver parts to customers
