  • Plan and realize prototype activities in agreement with test engineer within agreed timing schedule through the following duties personally or through teamwork
  • Realize cost effective qualitative prototype manufacture conforming to customer and Brose standards, according to timing schedule
  • Duties include: Build window regulators and door modules per drawings and specifications
  • Communicating with various departments on status of projects
  • Perform various testing on equipment including durability, performance, and strength
  • Use of computer to document test results
  • Troubleshoot problems at customer locations
  • Travel to various manufacturing sites including Germany and Mexico to validate production equipment used to build regulators
  • Record keeping of all parts being built, shipped, and tested
  • Fabricate tools if needed
