As and opener i come in every morning monday-thursday, i get everything set up for the day, my tasks include prepping all ingredients needed for the day, cleaning any and all equipment that was missed by the night crew, setting up the hot and cold table, counting the money in drawers making sure we had the correct amount of change for the morning and making sure everything was ready to go to open the doors for the day.

• Prepared food items according to company standards and recipes.
• Maintained cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.

I mainly worked in the front doing suggestive selling and restocking fixtures and fulfilling bopis orders (online orders). i also would work at the cashwrap checking customers out and signing them up for our loyalty program. On occasion i would also help in the back with helping break down our huge shipment orders and also doing small mini projects like setting up new promos around the store and displaying its new product.

Took individual food orders from guests on every floor and communicated any food requests and changes to kitchen staff. I then would bag all the food and drinks and run them up to the guests' room..i would also occasionally work in the dining room we had available for the families of guests who wanted to dine with them.. there i was also tasked with taking food and drink orders and running food to and back.

• Adapted quickly to changing menus and dietary requirements, ensuring compliance with individual preferences.
• Worked with POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items.
