• Work with Contractors, Engineers and Factories, for quotation and Management of Commercial Lighting Projects, Small and Medium
• Program Lighting Control Systems and Panels.

• Respond to all applicant and member requests to open, revise or close new Credit Union’s products and/or Services (Shares, Certificates of Deposits)
• Provide account servicing and error resolution, including resolving routine customer problems
• Assist new and current members with the opening and administration (Contributions, distributions, transfers) of IRA and HSA Accounts
• Provide financial education to members
• Conduct outbound calls and participate in branch sales promotions
• Solicit Loan Business during member’s interactions in person or over the phone, process applications, running credit reports, booking and disbursement of the loan
• Meeting Sales goals as assigned
• Proactively look for opportunities in all member interactions to solicit additional business or additional members
• Participate in loan recapture projects that involve contacting members to review credit union’s products and services that would be beneficial to them

• Responsible for retaining and expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
• Greets each member and prospect that comes into the branch office and responds to inquiries about Beacon’s products and services
• Provides members with the appropriate understanding of their new and/or existing Beacon account and all associated services as well as the required account disclosures
• Assists members with account inquiries and problem resolution
• Takes and prepares Consumer and Home Equity loan applications, reviewing the credit report for further cross-selling opportunities
• Assists member with the lending process and closes the sale (and/or closes the loan), in accordance with the guidelines set by the Lending Policy
• Assist new and current members with the opening and administration (Contributions, distributions, transfers) of IRA and HSA Accounts
• Performs a broad variety of duties to service customers on the banking floor and to promote and cross-sell bank services.

• Provides customer service in developing a customer base through solicitation, loan extension and/or adjustment of delinquent accounts
• Offers branch products and services to persons contacting the office in person and by phone
• Initiates phone contact with customers to market branch products
• Promotes products and services to local businesses through telephone and personal contact whenever possible
• Extends loan and retail credit within lending authority, evaluates risks, inspects collateral and closes loans
• Applies principles of good cash control, operates cash drawer, processes bank deposits, safeguard cash, maintain records and balances
• Prepare reports, maintains files and handles mail
• Collects past due accounts.

• Greet, assist, negotiate and close vehicles sales with customers arriving or calling to the showroom
• Sale financial, insurance and post-sales needs to the customers
• Supervise that the showroom and exhibition areas were in perfect inventory conditions, as well as clean and organized
• Responsible for training the new company's associates on the products.
