Vice President, Marketing and Communications
Promoted to report to the Chief Strategy Officer, MCI USA to lead strategic marketing initiatives on a US-wide and global scale, driving revenue, brand awareness and community engagement through face-to-face, hybrid and digital experiences. Serve as a key member of the MCI USA Success Management Team, contributing to growth by leading the marcom function from end-to-end.
- Collaborating with senior executives and global marketing leaders to develop and execute globally aligned marketing plans, creating new, customer-centric approaches to thought leadership and content development.
- Expanding utilization of Hubspot to better track and measure outbound digital and email marketing strategies, account based marketing programs, and events to elevate lead capture and quality.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the MCI USA Marketing Team, providing strategic guidance for creative briefs, sales proposals and pitches, and product, service, and brand and digital marketing initiatives.
- Driving the strategic direction of MCI USA's digital presence and processes, yielding significant improvements in engagement and lead quality
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports on marketing metrics to the CEO, CSO, and MCI USA and Global Senior Executive Management.
- Designing MCI USAs first account based marketing program following an in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges, providing insights for innovative marketing strategies.
- Partnering with sales and business line leaders to establish performance metrics and effectively promote and showcase products and services, resulting in achievement of high growth revenue goals.
