I was a home healthcare worker. I took care of my PawPaw. He was a dementia patient and before the VA got involved my family and I still took care of him till the end! Walking with him, talking with him, washing him, cleaning his sores, feeding him all came with the job!

I demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, adapting to unforeseen challenges and finding innovative solutions to meet patient needs.

Each day taught me something new! Learning the stages of dementia, dealing with everyone’s emotions and new personal energy’s . I loved each day with him even if it was a struggle I don’t regret any time given taking care of him.I

• Greeted customers entering store and responded promptly to customer needs. Welcomed customers and helped determine their needs.Worked flexible schedule and extra shifts to meet business needs. Operated cash register for cash, check, and credit card transactions with excellent accuracy levels.
