  • Manages key accounts, as well as regionals.
  • Strives to go above and beyond for our customers through queue calls by personalizing the calls. I also focus on being very prompt with my accounts and go a step further than what they requested when it is an option.
  • I work to maintain my phone metrics and meet the department goals.
  • Follows a daily routine to ensure that suspends are getting cleaned up, orders are released timely, follow up with accounts on any cancel extensions, and emails are responded to timely.
  • Follows up with Planning on late product as needed.
  • Completes required reports to ensure that they are finished by the deadline.
  • I am currently on credit memo team and strive to keep returns and credits up to date.
  • Send communication to the reps in a timely manner regarding pertinent information about their accounts, i.e. discontinued items, orders confirming past cancel, product delays.
  • Works with customer service in mind by striving to provide one email resolution as often as possible and following the 24-hour response guideline.
  • Goes above and beyond to keep the customer informed when they need an order to ship asap by working with the DC and then providing tracking to the customer.
  • Offers alternatives, when possible, when they are looking for a style that is out of stock or confirming late.
  • Works with the customer in mind when releasing orders to keep shipments down and to release them in a timely manner in conjunction to their ship date.
  • Reaches out to the Fleet Farm Inventory analyst to extend cancel dates as needed to keep the flow of product moving.
  • Works with Rene’ who manages the Retail Stores to ensure that VAS is set up and orders are flowing smoothly to DC. Partners with him on an out of stock that come in from special orders and provide back-order dates.
  • Currently managing Dickies Retail Stores, Fleet Farm, Rural King, Buchheits, Quincy, Farm King, Bomgaars, Runnings, Theisens, L& M. Managed Zappos, Backcountry.com, Hibbett Sporting Goods, Champs, Genesco, Gliks, Eastbay on TNF.
  • Completed Sap Training Level 1-3, Trained and worked in S4 for a short time before transitioning to Dickies.
  • Volunteered at Jake's Diapers, St. Joe's, Community Clothes Closet, as well as Feeding America.
  • I received a promotion from Account Representative to Account Specialist after being on the TNF team just a little over a year after I started.
  • I was a part of the Dickies launch in Appleton.
  • I received the Q4 2016 Denali award.
