As an attendant at the botanical garden, my main responsibilities include greeting guests, providing them with information about the garden, and directing them to different exhibits and facilities. I also handle cash transactions, sell admission tickets and memberships, while promoting the benefits of joining. Through this role, I’ve strengthened my customer service and communication skills, especially during busy seasons when multitasking and efficiency are essential.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I was responsible for supporting patient care by monitoring and recording vital signs, as well as tracking fluid intake and output to ensure accurate health assessments. I assisted patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, to promote comfort and overall well-being. I also maintained a clean and safe environment by regularly sanitizing surfaces, changing linens, and properly disposing of waste.
