While I was food running, I managed the flow of tickets making sure they got out to the table in a timely manner. Checking the food making sure special requests were met to make sure the guests needs were met.

As I was hosting, I greeted guests, set up tables, managed wait times and reservations, and making sure the guests were happy and satisfied, as a host.
