I am an experienced Training and Development Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in educational, public, and private industries. I am skilled in Instructional Design, Adult Learning Technology, Strategic Vision and Foresight, People and Program Management, and Teamwork and Conflict Resolution. My extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions, along with my ability to create innovative, non-traditional training solutions utilizing a variety of delivery methods, including virtual classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops, make me an asset to any team. I have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in HR and other divisions, enabling me to comprehensively assess program alignment with employee engagement and retention, identify gaps in learning and performance, and determine effective solutions to bridge those gaps.
In addition, I am completing my degree in Master of Science in Human Resource Management focused on Organizational Learning and Performance. This strong education background, combined with my practical experience, enables me to approach my work with a deep understanding of the principles and best practices of the field.
