My duties and responsibilities as an Ops employment representative are to evaluate and process all records in our department. Specifically, local law enforcement agencies across the state of Florida will submit a request to our agency for processing. I will then read the request and make sure all information needed is included in the email, from there I will find the person in question using an app called Suntax, once located I will print all information in question and send it back to the requester.

• Greeted customers entering store and responded promptly to customer needs.

• Operated cash register for cash, check, and credit card transactions with excellent accuracy levels.

• Answered incoming phone calls and addressed questions from customers and healthcare providers.
• Stocked, labeled, and inventoried medication to keep accurate records.
• Enhanced pharmacy workflow by assisting pharmacists with medication dispensing, labeling, and packaging.
• Calculated dosage, filled prescriptions, and prepared prescription labels with absolute accuracy.
