Jenna Bramer

The Associate Ministry Director for Women’s Ministry is responsible for developing and leading programs that align with the church's mission to foster spiritual growth and community among women. This role includes creating event calendars, leading Bible studies, providing pastoral care, teaching and assisting in sermon and series development. Additionally, the Associate Director will preach, oversee volunteers and interns, and support broader church ministries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the calendar of events for the Women’s Ministry
• Lead and develop Bible studies
• Provide pastoral care and discipleship
• Recruit, train, and empower volunteers and interns
• Contribute to sermon content and group discussions
• Preach occasionally and lead services as needed
• Assist in teaching pre-marital and marriage classes
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings
• Offer general support for church events and pastoral needs
• Commit to personal growth in pastoral care

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and pastoral skills
• Experience in ministry or church leadership
• Ability to create and lead Bible study content
• Strong communication and teaching abilities
• Passion for discipleship and women’s ministry

• Vision and Mission Development: Cast and implement a clear mission aligned with biblical values and community needs.
• Outreach & Evangelism: Build relationships within the community, share the gospel, and engage in creative outreach efforts.
• Leadership and Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a core launch team, volunteers, and future leaders.
• Worship and Teaching: Organize and lead worship services, preach, and teach biblically grounded messages.
• Discipleship & Pastoral Care: Shepherd the spiritual growth of individuals and groups through Bible studies, discipleship programs, and pastoral care.
• Operational Management: Oversee logistics, including budgeting, facility management, and event planning.
• Fundraising & Partnerships: Develop funding strategies, build donor relationships, and collaborate with external ministry partners.

• Assist with Youth activities and leadership opportunities amongst high school aged individuals.
