  • Built and grew a successful foodservice sales team of four from the ground up, including an inside sales team, regional, and national account managers.
  • Successfully implemented the organization's first foodservice-only CRM platform called FirstBite, and scaled the CRM pipeline to more than 10,000 account contacts. Led and managed weekly inside sales campaigns with the support of the FirstBite and Eat Just inside sales team members.
  • Successfully grew revenue year-over-year by more than $3M from 2024 to 2025, managing strategic West Coast foodservice customers, as well as nationwide non-commercial partners like Sodexo, Aramark, Guckenheimer, Vizient, HPSI, and more.
  • Sold and onboarded a brand-new GPO partner in 2024, Guckenheimer, and doubled sales year over year.
  • Successfully implemented regional and national account programs and LTOs with chains like Peet's Coffee, Philz Coffee, Plantega, Next Level Burger/Veggie Grill, PLNT Burger, Plant Power Fast Food, Breakfast Republic, Broken Yolk Cafe, HMS Host, and more.
  • Implemented menu mention and pricing programs for all strategic foodservice accounts at Eat Just, many of which are highlighted weekly on Eat Just's social media accounts.
  • Negotiated pricing programs with national and regional distributors to encourage open-coding status, receive sales data, and grow sales with US Foods, Sysco, PFG, GFS, Chefs Warehouse, BiRite, Earthly Gourmet, Vegan Distribution, and others.
  • Planned for and staffed strategic foodservice events, like the Dot Show, NACUFS, NRA, Expo West, regional distributor trade shows, and more.
  • Managed a regional and national network of brokers, and transitioned the broker team from The Avalon Group (national) to a network of regional brokers, while maintaining a better margin in 2025.
