  • High-level titration and integration of vasoactive, inotropic, sedative, analgesic, paralytic, anticoagulant, and insulin infusions based on patient-specific physiology and response to therapy.
  • Evidence-based management of sepsis, distributive and cardiogenic shock, and multi-organ dysfunction with focus on end-organ perfusion and stability.
  • Skilled in advanced airway management, intubation, RSI, conscious sedation, and emergency airway access.
  • Leadership during rapid response activations, code situations, and acute clinical decompensation.
  • Delivery of precise, high-acuity handoffs and interdisciplinary communication to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.
  • Charge nurse leadership, including unit flow oversight, acuity-based staffing decisions, and real-time support of bedside nursing staff.
  • Precepting, mentoring, and clinical education of ICU nurses with emphasis on critical thinking, prioritization, and safe independent practice.
