Jenna Harding

I am a first year nursing student at Blue Ridge Community and Technical Institute. I am seeking an externship nursing position at WVU hospital in Martinsburg, West Virginia. At this time, I have relateable experience through classroom and clinical education. Although I do not currently possess previous experience in a hospital setting, I have maintained the same job since I have been allowed to work. I am known for being proficient, timely, and a team player. Due to my excellent work ethics, I was chosen to be a recipient of a scholarship through my employment. As part of your mission state reads: educating healthcare professionals, and being the best place for physicians and staff to practice, this is my reasoning for wanting an externship at your facility. I believe this position would broaden my education to various areas of nursing, provide experience in working with professionals and patients, along with teaching me policies and procedures working with your facility.
