- Currently, I provide case management to youth who are experiencing early symptoms of psychosis. I meet one on one with them weekly to follow up on their mental and emotional well-being during psychosocial individual rehab appointments. I encourage trying new coping strategies with them, how to engage in self-care, and assist them with other activities of daily living. Goals are discussed, implemented, and tracked. When I am not in the field with my clients, I am updating patient notes in their charts in a complex billing program called SmartCare, scheduling appointments, attending on going trainings, and joining my team in meetings.
