Summary

With over a decade of serving students and families inside of a classroom, I am exhilarated to streamline my organizational and creative skill sets into the position of a Curriculum Specialist. I credit the Great Hearts mission and vision for the education professional that I am today. Having been trained continuously for seven years in programs such as Spalding, Teach Like A Champion and other professional developments- I have a uniquely crafted skill set when it comes to the development and implementation of a successful learning environment. This skill set took form in kindergarten and first grade classrooms, where I thrived in fast-paced and often high needs environments. Creating personal relationships with colleagues and families, clear and effective communication has proven to be one of the most important parts of my career thus far. I have experienced how well developed curriculum, implemented with skill and passion, can garner student social and academic success. Even outside of the classroom, I have obtained different leadership opportunities within my church where I lead in multiple positions that require me to hold monthly meetings, communicate new and on target strategies and challenge and encourage those under me to reach their highest potential in God's kingdom! I believe that I am the appropriate candidate for the position of Curriculum Specialist for Co-Curricular Programs and am excited to prove myself in this position!
