  • July 31st, observed Molly Williams, a registered nurse, working on the Adult Medicine/Med-Surg unit White 11, at MGB, managed by Nurse Director Brian P. Cyr, MSN, RN-BC.
  • Gaining experience on a high-intensity floor guided my learning by showing different levels of care each patient needed. Helping to show me how to prioritize patient care and work under high amounts of stress.
  • This experience provided insight on doctor to nurse interactions. Specifically, nurses who advocate for immediate patient care.
  • Performed vitals and listened to basic body systems.
