• Provide direct patient care for medically complex, critically ill, and post-ICU patients in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and case managers to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist in wound care procedures as well as the prevention of pressure injuries through regular patient turning, repositioning, and use of mobility equipment
• Support respiratory care by assisting with oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, and suctioning as directed
