Implementing nursing processes with patients, nurses, physicians, residents, charge nurses, direct care givers, ancillary departments, as well as other facilities. Recognizes significant changes in patients conditions. Perform assessments on patients, triage patients, monitor, and ensure quality care through assessing, evaluating, and observing patients. Document assessments, care plans, medical records, and findings. Communicate with physicians on plans of care and findings. Respond to emergencies. Maintain and demonstrate effect care for critical patients that are both stable and unstable.

Assist with delivering patient care: obtain patient vital signs, assist with procedures, assist with feeding, toileting, hygiene care, perform EKGs, and ambulate and transfer patients. Effectively communicating and co-coordinating orders with physicians, charge nurses, direct car givers, and ancillary departments. Recognize significant changes in patient's conditions and takes appropriate action. Document assessments, care plans, medical records, and findings. Communicate with physicians on plans of care and critical findings. Respond to emergencies, maintain availability of medications, supplies, and assist with procedures.

• Recognizes significant changes in patient's condition and takes appropriate action.
• Perform VS, height, weight, and visual acuity in triage. Assist with sterile field set up for suturing and procedures.
