My role at TPG incorporates talent acquisition and strategic HR functions to ensure alignment with TPG's business goals and a well-rounded HR approach. Currently working remotely from NYC.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruitment across all departments including, Creative/Studio, Account, Strategy & Analytics, Production, Project Management and Ops.
• Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to maintain competitiveness.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members and hiring managers involved in the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the development of TPG's employer brand to attract top talent.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Act as partner to business leads to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's business goals.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
• Identify training needs and facilitate employee development opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Participate in change initiatives and help employees navigate organizational changes effectively.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable workplace.
• Advise on current and future staffing needs and create plans to address talent gaps and surpluses.

• Manage full cycle recruitment across the Creative/Studios discipline.
• Partner with Studios department leads to understand hiring goals.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across Creative, Media/Communications Strategy, Analytics, Performance Marketing, Production, Strategy, Operations and Account Departments.
• Manage performance review process. Implement and manage employee training, development and DEI programs.
• Manage and mentor the Talent Experience Associate.
• Manage new hire orientation/onboarding process.
