  • Extensive knowledge of hiring practices in Workday and UW Hires, and input of those business processes
  • Working closely with 5 academic departments administrators and leadership of several umbrella groups under the Office of the Dean for coordinating hiring, job changes, terminations, creating job descriptions, and compensation changes of staff, faculty, and students for input into Workday
