Providing top-notch virtual daytime and after-hours care to clients from general veterinary practices to emergency and specialty clinics of all breeds and species. As a Licensed Veterinary Technician, I actively listening to our clients’ needs and concerns, guiding them towards the most suitable medical care option. This may involve referring them to an emergency room, connecting them with their on-call veterinarian, or reassuring them that visiting their clinic in the morning is appropriate. I have a keen eye for detail and regularly meeting and exceeding call volume expectations.
I’m a Trainer, responsible for training newly hired staff. As a Trainer, I have the opportunity to help these individuals learn the platform and provide them with the knowledge they need to excel in their roles. One of my key responsibilities is to teach them the GuardianVets gold standard for excellent customer service, not only for the clients of the clinics we partner with, but also for the clinics themselves.
I’m a Coach leading a team of highly skilled, licensed, and registered veterinary technicians. Every week, I conduct audits of their calls to ensure they adhere to GuardianVets’ gold standards. If any recurring issues arise during calls, I collaborate with the affected team member to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. I’m always available to my pod team to address common concerns and verify information. During triage shifts, I confirm protocols for clinics and adjust calendars to reflect the proper on-call status of veterinary technicians. Additionally, I assist other team members by answering their questions.
