As the Docketing Director I am responsible for the delivery of quality docketing services to client's Litigation Docket Department firm wide. Working with the Department Chair and Department Operating Officer, the position has overall responsibility for implementing and/or managing policies, procedures, processes, systems, and staff to effectively support the docketing needs of the Litigation & Asbestos Docket Department. Responsible for the overall operation of the Docketing Department to ensure 100% docket clearance and compliance with department policies and procedures. This role will directly supervisor Regional Docket Managers and has overall supervisory responsibility for docketing department staff.
