Jennifer Arend

Working as a Recreational Specialist at an elementary school called Holbrook Language Academy has been a great experience. I am responsible for a class of kindergartners. I help them with homework help, reading help, and anything they may need. I ensure each student is being respectful as well as kind to one another. I also work closely with students, coworkers, and as well as parents making sure they know what is always going on in the classroom.

As a cashier it was my responsibility to make sure each customer was being helped professionally yet quickly enough to help every customer in line. I was also responsible for signing customers up for the rewards program. As a seller it was my responsibility to help every customer out with any questions. I would also make sure all sections of the store I was assigned to was continuing to look well organized.

As a coordinator, it was my job to ensure each customer was receiving a great shopping experience by being available to answer questions in person or over the phone. I was also responsible to hold a key for any cashier needs and to work alongside the managers.
