I am currently working in a clinic setting and am responsible for customer service, phlebotomy of all ages, testing of samples, QC/QA and maintenance of instruments.

I was responsible for the daily operations of the laboratory in a clinic/urgent care setting, with no on-site management. Daily tasks included QC/QA, phlebotomy, testing and maintenance of equipment.

I was responsible for the daily operations of the lab, including phlebotomy of all ages, QC/QA, and maintenance of the equipment. I was also the liaison between the hospital and the clinic I was working in.

Responsible for all areas of the laboratory including EKG and drug screening. On-call experience.
