Working at Center Stage Dance Academy, I enhance team collaboration and client satisfaction through innovative routine planning and motivational strategies. I have had many opportunities to excel as not only a Dance Instructor but also learning and perfecting cleaning skills and working the desk handling money and using customer service skills. My position as Student Council President has taught me how to manage multiple social media accounts on many different platforms at a time and how to create content that can promote ideas and events. I have also learned how to organize and manage teamwork to high standards.
