I am TCI, UKERU, Food Safety Certified and CPR trained.
I am in charge of all forms for NTLC/NWLC time-outs logs and forms, restraint forms, discipline forms and state reporting via e-school. I keep organization and documentation for all of the above as well as students ICSP's/BIP's. I work with staff to ensure these are completed, and given to me in a timely manner as required by the State of NY. I respond to all support and crisis codes. I build relationships with staff and students to help with crisis needs.
I am also in charge of NTLC's ESY Food Program which I am responsible with working with teachers for students daily food counts. I compute the amount of food needed and turn in order to BOCES Food Service Manager weekly well as all other food documents needed for ESY program. I am in charge of Food Safety. I take food temperatures daily to ensure they are in correct range for student consumption.
I am on many committees at NTLC where I help to complete building needs within our teams. I also go to NWLC when needed to support our partner school when staffing is short.
I take on many extra clerical duties, tasks and projects given to me by my immediate supervisor. Such as Student Lists, Spreadsheets, Organizing and Executing Student Activities. This entails creating invites and programs for concerts, moving up day, and other school functions. I will also delegate needs for these days to have help executing plans.
