Summary

I started working as soon as I turned 16. I started in fast food, went to become a waitress, then while I was at the career center I was a bank teller. After receiving my certification, I got a job at WCH in 2007 as a phlebotomist. I started out as a PRN float, then after only a couple months I was able to get full time second shift. I was on second shift for about 4 years when I was able to bid on a first shift outpatient position. After I couple years in the outpatient lab, I was offered to start at Milltown Family Physicians when they started up the lab in their office. I was there for a couple years when the supervisor position opened and I applied and was picked from a handful of people. I have been in my current position since 2016.

I am in charge of getting everything set up and ready for health fairs that we have. I order the food when we are celebrating something in the lab and I help with lab week festivities. When we have a new employee, I get them started on all meditech training paperwork that they have and schedule their training in each area of the lab.
