Throughout my tenure with Charter Communications, I was provided the opportunity to grow as a leader and Supervisor. Starting as a representative on the phone with no experience, I grew to overseeing a staff of up to 22 employees, while simultaneously working closely with our regional Vice President as Project Manager of his team titled 'OSC' in less than 2 yrs. My role in TX had me managing staff, analysts, data, and presentations from our offices in Florida, to our main headquarters in CT, down to our direct reports here in Texas. I ensured all staff was timely with deadlines, the presentations were complete and thorough, compiled PowerPoint slides identifying any gaps in procedure which I then put forward to our Senior Leaders for discussion and resolution. I was also responsible for the creation and drafting of several reports comparing day over day and year over year analyzations of customer activations in Excel. Job aides created by myself have been distributed to staff and leadership, and I have given several training sessions across multiple states to both lower tiered employees, and those that out-ranked me.
