Administrative Work (September 2008-July 2013)

Updating and making changes to the studio website. Handling the payroll. In charge of ordering office supplies. Designing information for the board in the studio for all information regarding classes, rehearsals, performance schedules. Keeping track of tuition and fees due for attending students and the billing of this. Making brochures and flyers for regular season classes, summer classes, master classes, workshops and intensives held at the studio. Designing programs for recitals and performances and the printing of them.

Ordering and stocking of all merchandise carried in the store. Handling the schedule of employee shifts. Fitting dancers for pointe shoes. Helping customers with their shopping needs and ringing them up for purchases.
