Help supervisor run the line by looking up schedule and building orders per schedule. Forklift certified, electric pallet jack certified. Order material needed for lines, help find missing material. Scada program with orders for DTNAFA (when issues arise while building) removing traceable components, releasing orders. Work with SAP binning and moving materials, sending e-mail to reconcilers when I’m unable to find material.
Looking through the line to see what material needs ordered and order from warehouse. Move materials in SAP from pick location to delivery location. Using Rapid stak to get baskets of cans down so line can keep building.
Checking the parts to make sure the the part coming off line is good. Using calipers to measure parts, using plug gauges. Air check. Spot welding. Change overs, LOTO.
Make sure machines stay running. If parts had anything wrong like bubbles splay shorts wrong dimension, had to change setting on machine to get the parts back into speck. Hourly checks to make sure parts were good
Taking a sample of what is coming off mold and checking the specs to make sure the dimension are correct. Sorting through the box that is being filled every hour for defects. Using caliper tape measure. When order was done had to do final inspection to make sure the last part of run was good, change out catch box.
Filling hoppers with material, driving fork truck to get pallets from outside, using for truck to load trucks. Packing the lines down, help with break times, packing parts as they are released from the mold. Mixing material to the right consistency per standard work
