Project Administrator-Office Manager
- Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings via Zoom and Teams, utilizing the Owl device to ensure seamless speaker tracking and engagement.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Provide QA/QC support for active projects.
- Southern Division SME responsible for delivering due-diligence assessments for prospective clients and suppliers.
- Oversee the procurement of supplies and maintain inventory stock levels.
- Plan and host summit conferences, while coordinating team and family gatherings across office and off-site locations.
- Currently oversee eight offices throughout the Southern region, managing operations, and supporting a team of 120 employees.
- Manage procurement and arrange catering through EZ Catering, ensuring timely and accurate event support.
