• Provided financial and programmatic support to the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) Standard Missile (SM-6) IAU Program.
• Tracked, processed, and distributed performer deliverables, collected, and analyzed cost / schedule/performance and risk deliverables.
• Coordinated and participated in program management reviews between PEO IWS and the performer and various field activities. Also, program reviews and recurring meetings and VTCs with the Program Office, partner organizations to include PARMs, and Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
• Supported action item tracking and management within the team to ensure completion of tasking.
• Served as the program Risk Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead. Managed Risk Management Process for a program. Facilitated monthly risk management boards. Held weekly meetings with performer risk team and provided feedback to the program manager.
• Provided financial support to include coordination between field activities, the prime contractor and research laboratories in support of the SM-6 IAU program to support the Master Program Schedule (MPS), contract requirements, and milestones with the other missile programs in relation to the overall Standard Missile program.

• Maintained heavy business, travel, and social calendars for staff, and responsible for the planning and coordination of numerous official trips, high-level meetings, working lunches and social events, significantly enhancing senior manager’s productivity.
• Arranged and prioritized meetings, briefings, office calls, phone calls, travel, correspondence, and social events which allowed the senior managers to prioritize non-scheduled events and crucial matters as they occurred.
